The room was fairly easy to find and located near a small supermarket, a movie theater, an internet point, and several good restaurants. However, it is on a busy road and the sound of the traffic comes right through the windows. The bed, kitchen and bathroom were clean and comfortable, although the little table in our room had only three legs instead of four, which made it quite wobbly. Not a four-star hotel, but it is practical.

Because of my experience I would not recommend booking with Kaz.

      Gauden House
Homely, inviting and spacious luxury 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom triplex/Victorian apartment in the center of one of London's liveliest and trendiest neighborhood- Clapham North / Clapham Common.

Come and explore the vibrancy of London and stay in an elegant, relaxing home in one of London's safest, well connected and loveliest areas.

The apartment has been furnished to a high standard throughout with all mod conveniences including: fiber optics wifi, 42 inch smart LCD TV (only in the ground floor room), dish washer, full kitchen - King size bed.

The apartment also has its own private garden (with BBQ and deck chairs) with lots of gorgeous plants and flowers.

The apartment has a large bright reception/kitchen room, two bright bedrooms one is located on the ground floor and the other one on the first floor, both have got views on Gauden road. Both rooms have got a double bed and a sofa, whereas the ground floor one has got also a desk - the bathroom is shared with other travelers (maximum 3 people if you book only one room). Whole house containing another huge bright en suite triple bedroom also available on demand.

Please note that whilst I do not provide breakfast, you are more than welcome to make use of all kitchen facilities. You will be actually given a shelf in the kitchen and in the fridge.

I will provide clean bedding and towels.

Clapham North is truly one of the nicest areas in London. You will fall in love with its village atmosphere and its exciting scene, loads of fabulous bars and restaurants to unwind and mingle with the cool crowd. Not to mention its nice clothing stores and vintage stores and ultimately, its amazing huge park!
Enjoy all the pleasures of this bustling area from the comfort of your "home away from home." Just 5 minute walk is the Fish Club, It is listed as one of the top fish & chips rest. in London!

7 minute walk from my apartment is the lovely Clapham Common, which provides an oasis of peace amid the busy traffic of south west London, with Holy Trinity Church, which dates from 1776, at its perimeter. A number of cafés, sporting facilities, two playgrounds (one of which has been recently renovated) and a skate park make the common a lively recreational facility for locals. Originally built in 1890, Clapham Common's bandstand is the largest in London. After falling into disrepair in the 1960s, the bandstand was restored and reopened in 2006 and now hosts a variety of open-air concerts during the summer months.

5 minute walk (or you can take a bus) to get to a giant Sainsbury’s (supermarket), not to mention all the small shops that are in the area!

I'm very knowledgeable on London so if this is your first trip into this amazing city I would be delighted to give you any tourist/transport information you may need.
Please ask if there is anything else you would like me to arrange, any special requests.

Communications are excellent! My flat is located only 3 minute walk from Clapham North tube station on the Northern Line, zone 2 and same distance to the Overground too!! The Overground takes you in 12 minutes to Clapham Juction, Britain's busiest railway station perfect to use it for your daily excursions to the south coast. Worth noting also is that the National Express Bus (which takes you to Stanstead airport among other destinations) drops you off right on Clapham High Street..less than a five minute walk to my apartment!
The underground will take you to Victoria in 10 mins (providing brilliant access from Gatwick airport) and to London Bridge (City) or Leicester Square (heart of London) in 15 minutes.
For the most scenic routes of London take the bus 88 past the Tate Gallery up to Westminster (Houses of Parliament, Westminster Cathedral), Whitehall, Trafalgar Square (National Gallery) , Whitehall and Covent Garden. Buses to Sloane Square (Kings Road) Knightsbridge (Harrods and other great shops) and Notting Hill/Portobello Road can be taken from Clapham Common. Buses run all night (N88) too and if you need a taxi I will be more than happy to give you my local one.
      Bus Routes: 155, 345, 50, 88, N88, N155

IMPORTANT! If you want to reserve both two rooms you need to pay for 4 or 5 travelers. If you type 3 people you would get the price of the triple room.
